B.C. TO HOLD SECOND REFERENDUM ON ELECTORAL REFORM

VICTORIA – British Columbians will choose between a Single Transferable Vote system and the current first-past-the-post system in a second, more informed, vote on electoral reform in November 2008, and whichever system prevails will be the one used in the next provincial election on May 12, 2009.

I hope you guys are successful this time around. I'm jealous that you folks out in BC are spearheading this initiative.

At least the B.C. Liberals are giving the public options concerning voting in B.C.,. Appreciate the B.C. Liberals for lowering income tax, getting the bus drivers and teachers back to work some years ago. Plus their setting B.C. fixed election dates.
